Will I receive my tickets by the time of the event?

No matter which delivery method is offered for your order, your tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event. 

If for any reason, the seller is unable to deliver the tickets in time for the event, we will coordinate a refund with the seller.

 

What if I am unable to gain entry to the event with the tickets I purchased?

All of the tickets sold on FunTicketCenter.com are guaranteed entry into the specified event on the ticket. In the unlikely event that you are unable to gain entry to the event, please request proof from the venue so that we can secure a refund from the ticket seller for you.

The proof should be in the form of a written letter on approved letterhead or an email that is identifiably from the venue. Written or stamped "void" marks will not qualify as verified proof.

 

Are the tickets I purchase guaranteed to be for the same seats as advertised?

All of the tickets sold on FunTicketCenter.com will be for the exact, equal to, or better seating than what is advertised. 

In the case of a seller changing the seating from what is listed at the time the order is placed, the seller is required to contact you to confirm the seat substitution they are offering. This includes a change in the section, row, or seat number.

 

What if I do not want to accept the alternate seats?

We understand that "equal to" or "better than" can be subjective. 

In the event that you are unhappy with the alternate seats offered, please contact us at 855-859-4031. We will work with you and the seller to come to an amicable agreement.

 

What if my event gets canceled?

If the event you purchased tickets for gets canceled, you will receive a refund for your order.

We will coordinate the refund (excluding delivery fees) with the ticket seller. The ticket seller may require you to return the physical tickets before a refund can be issued.
